With 25+ years of healthcare innovation under his belt, Glenn has a proven track record in transforming patient experiences, boosting operational efficiency, and deliverying financial performance.
As the Chief Executive of Credena Health Pharmacies at Providence St. Joseph Health, Glenn successfully revamped struggling pharmacies into a financially robust $700M integrated pharmacy network, and then built a $10M automation pharmacy hub to drive efficiency and scalability. Prior to Providence, Glenn excelled as COO of a Medicaid health plan, managing pharmacy and medical benefits and provider networks, while spearheading the creation of Washington State's first 'System of Care' for high-risk patients. Glenn’s international work includes a five-year stint in Bermuda where he led ambulatory clinics and authored a national wellness strategy to tackle chronic diseases and obesity.
Glenn believes in strong and healthy communities for the next generation, and was recently elected to oversee public education in North Clackamas School District. He is committed to advancing equity, relationships, integrity, empowerment, and care, ensuring every student thrives.
Glenn also serves as Board Chair with Parrott Creek, and has supported the strategic vision to help youth and families overcome significant life challenges to reach their full potential. He is currently leading a $25M capital campaign to redevelop an 80-acre campus, expanding and diversifying services, and aiming to establish a regional center for excellence in the Pacific Northwest for at-risk youth and young families.
